To get beta access, you'll need to subscribe to PS Plus, and then download an exclusive Killzone 3 theme that will appear on October 19. Of those who download the theme, the first 10,000 (5,000 North Americans, 5,000 Europeans) will get into the beta.
Those who get accepted into the beta will be notified on October 25.
